subliminal message in the tv show "sliders"

looks like back in july 2011 we were watching an episode of sliders on hulu when we noticed the below subliminal. why we didnt post it right away or note which episode we dont have a clue.

anyway, we stumbled across the screen grab today and decided to post it.

this article from 09 november 2011, says that britain's advertising standards authority, responding to complaints about this ad, stated that:
"We noted that the model was holding up the perfume bottle which rested in her lap between her legs and we considered that its position was sexually provocative.

We understood the model was 17 years old but we considered she looked under the age of 16.

We considered that the length of her dress, her leg and position of the perfume bottle drew attention to her sexuality. Because of that, along with her appearance, we considered the ad could be seen to sexualise a child."
and that:
Coty, makers of Oh, Lola! said it did not believe the ad suggested the model was underage or that it was "inappropriately sexualised' as it didn't show any "private body parts or sexual activity".

They said the giant perfume bottle - shaped like a vase holding a blooming pink flower - was "provoking, but not indecent". [emphasis added]
apparently, this happened in early november 2011. we only learned about it yesterday when we followed a sponsored link at the bottom of a gannett/the town talk news story.

although the ad was banned in the united kingdom, one way "the media" gets around this is to promote it as a legitimate news story.

we believe that one of the subliminal suggestions that this advertisement seeks to implant into the mind of its viewer, is to associate the essence of this perfume with the scent of this seventeen year old (presumably virgin) girls' vagina.

wvla subliminals moon griffon giving ann duplessis 'the finger'

on 30 june 2008 baton rouge's nbc affiliate, wvla channel 33 - www.nbc33tv.com - broadcasted a story 'duplessis blames talk show host' (see link or youtube here) the story was to get the reaction of louisiana state senator ann duplessis, the author of sb672 the legislative pay raise fraud bill, which had been vetoed that day by governor piyush "bobby" jindal.

the interview is interspersed with full motion footage of talk radio host moon griffon - however, wvla choose to run the above still picture at the same time that mr. griffon's voice over said "she's not living in reality, she has no respect for constituents out there none whatsoever."

subliminal weight watchers tv ad shows woman's bare ass

so, last night we were watching, of all things, twilight zone: the movie on tv land and during the commercial breaks they kept running a weight watchers ad. at the end of the ad we could swear that for a split second you could see the actresses bare ass. we werent able to record it but today we searched youtube and found a seven second clip of it - see link.

congresswoman diane watson: michael jackson "now resides in eastra"

so we were on c-span's youtube channel, viewing their clip of the united states house of representatives moment of silence for michael joe jackson, which is about as absurd as the recent loony looziana legislature's hurricane chris rap concert.

anyway, congresswoman diane watson in her opening comment at around :30 seconds into the vid, says that "to the country and the world, a young man has left earth but now resides in eastra" then quickly corrects herself "er, in the stars."

eastra -- in the norse pagan tradition, is another name for frigga, the wife of odin and for whom friday is named.

    we attempted to record the entire rally live from off the rally for economic survival website and everything was going well until our computer locked up and then crashed in the middle of the speech by plaquemines parish, president billy nungesser.

    maybe someone out in the audience got some hi-res snaps or video of lt. gov. scott angelle repeatedly giving the mano cornuto as he was introducing pi.

    when we logged on about 10 - 15 minutes before the rally began there were already 700+ viewers and shortly before our crash the view counter had shot up to over 3,000 so there were a lot of interested people out here

    we're not for any moratorium or putting people out of work or anything like that.

    for one reason or another, the government hasnt done a very good job with explaining that the deepwater horizon was drilling from a floating platform in water 5,000 feet [1524 meters] deep drilling down between 25,000 - 30,000 feet [7,620 - 9,144 meters] beyond that and on the edge of human technology.

    But just hours later, a photo was published on the White House Flickr page showing a smiling President Obama and his daughter Sasha taking a dip in the Gulf waters off Alligator Point in Panama City Beach, Florida.

    this morning we noticed that we received a referral to our post 'the town talk mysteriously scrubs links to jimmy faircloth story from website!' the referral came from this comment in an open thread from the daily kos website. naturally, being curious to see what all the fuss was about we checked it out. one comment from that open thread worth repeating here is by the dk diarist 'crashing vor'

    the links provided in crashing vor's comment including to todays times-picayune article - which is a must read, seem to strongly suggest that jimmy 'the wizard' faircloth (who wants to be a federal judge - bad idea!) is a tool to and/or in bed with the global zionist crime network.

    Coushattas screwed again?

    Robert Travis Scott has a front-page story in today's Times-Picayune about bad investments, conflicts of interest and the Coushatta Indian tribe.

    The Coushattas were the tribe that dropped $32 million on the services of Jack Abramoff and Mike "I want all their MONEY!" Scanlon to prevent the Tigua tribe in Texas from competing with the Coushattas in the casino business--while the Tiguas were paying Abramoff and Scanlon to lobby to get their casino open.

    This is one of the few crimes for which Abramoff was actually investigated and prosecuted, thanks to the cover-up of Abramoff's dealings by Senate Indian Affairs Committee chair John McCain, now the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.

    Since that embarassment, the Coushattas have been persuaded by their former lawyer and financial advisor Jimmy Faircloth to invest $30 million into MainNet, a bankrupt Israeli tech company that specializes in routing communications signals over AC power lines.

    The tribe's money has been used to get the company out of hock and to repay, with profit, earlier investors. Part of it goes, presumably, to Faircloth's brother Brandon, who Faircloth persuaded the company to hire as a salesman in 2006.

    Faircloth no longer serves as the tribe's attorney or adviser, having liquidated his share of the law firm which had the Coushatta contract.

    He needed to dissolve all ties to the Louisiana tribe's businesses because those relationships would be an obvious conflict in his new position: chief counsel--top lawyer--for the state's new governor, Bobby Jindal.

    Who is, we know, currently enjoying ribs and veep vetting at the ranch of presumptive GOP presidential nominee John McCain.

    If you can keep track of this stuff, you're smarter than me.
